Room not ready upon arrival, no towels in room, room was not non-smoking room as requested, noise from nightclub in the lobby area could even in 5th floor, mould and old dirt everywhere.

I humbly request to all don't saty this hotel until they have not changed their facility, behaveiour and services. Me and my son stayed for 7 nights and we faced lots of problems which are as follows. 1) very dirty room and not enough towels. 2) They have not provided two bottles of drinking water everybday what they have mentioned at the time of booking. 3) I got bug and lots of dirt on the table top. 4) TV was not working. 5) Not enough light for the room. 6) Only one charging point available in the room. 7) Iron was old and they don't provide for enough time. 8) Limited items in the breakfast and all are junk foods. 9) We had food poising bucause of foods from that breakfast and resturant which was on the groundfloor. 10) Noisy.

Noisy, not clean, and zero amenities. Rooms are not soundproof and noises from 2 clubs on M floor feel as if they are next room on level 3. The staff has no etiquette and make noieses when cleaning the floor in early morning. The pool has no lounge chairs...
