A huge and heartfelt thank you to the Taj Club lounge staff – Meghanath, Jaideep, Ahmed, Hardik, Suyash, and Shang – for making our experience truly outstanding. Not only was the service impeccable, but we also shared laughter, engaging conversation, and unforgettable moments over delicious food and cake. Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay.
