Wonderful location for the property but I cannot say much else. We had issues with the first room which I prefer not to mention, which we then got moved to another room that was better, but the issues with the first room left something to be desired. Staff were nice and apologized and did their best which is appreciated.

Checked in at 5pm. Took them 40 minutes to get my room ready. Wasn’t offered any compensation. Place was loud and construction really distracts from the location. Had a Burj Khalifa view but you can only see a tiny part of it. Probably won’t stay here again.

Excellent location & best of services one could look forward to. Great onsite restaurants & lot of eateries around the corner on Bay avenue. Bay avenue is also great for waking/running. Overall centrally located & close to dubai metro. Taxis always available at the property. Taj also arranges for airport pickup & drop off, at a cost.

The service was friendly and attentive from check in to check out. We enjoyed the breakfast each day which was a cornucopia of options in a bright atmosphere. Great lounge furniture options at the pool with covered cabanas and chairs. We used the shuttle daily to visit the mall and Burj Khalifa. It was an excellent experience!
