Comfortable stay, and really great location. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the shower could do with a thorough scrub! I was travelling with a mate, and when we checked in they didn’t have a twin room that we booked, so we had to share a bed for the night until they had a twin available the next day.

I stayed there for 9 days. Every morning I would call for 2 water bottles, the gentleman would bring one, I would say I asked for 2, then he would go bring the second bottle. Same person everyday. First of all you would think by day 9 he would see the pattern. Second, if i am asking for 2 water bottles why bring 1 only for me to ask you to go bring the second one. I would call to ask for coffee, cups, milk, sweetener and something was ALWAYS missing. It’s tiring having to repeat yourself constantly. When we checked in the balcony and its windows were so dirty with sand/dust. I understand we are in a desert and there is alot of construction in Dubai, but you should at LEAST clean the balcony and windows once before each guest checks in. I never once stepped on the balcony because of that. Housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the room, there was SO much dust everywhere. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the first collection business bay for two nights and it was good although didn’t have enough time to experience facilities in full. There is no complimentary water in room and everything is chargeable which is poor for Dubai standards. This is basic necessity in life. 7/10.

Room is clean, Staff was not flexible. I paid deluxe with Soluna beach. But they ask me to pay extra 200 D for enter the beach. Later I figured out, I got refund. Second day we plan to go the beach, beach closed Dec19. We checkout Dec20. They won’t extend the coupon to Dec27 , we plan to come back Dubai , after 1 week cruise.
