Me and my husband stayed in the room with the waterfront balcony view. It was nothing short of stunning and amazing! The room was in perfect condition with all the amenities there from a coffee machine to internet with youtube on the tv. The room was in modern condition. I loved the beige tones. Room service was always on point. If there was one regret it was that we didn’t stay long enough!! This is our spot to come to in Dubai since everything was so convenient to us. Brilliant staff very friendly and always seconds away from helping.

Room was nice big and clean. Bathroom was very small and very poorly designed. Faucet in the sink was leaking and not repaired. Shower door was also leaking and a small bathroom area got flooded every time we showered. Breakfast was good. You have to take Taxi for wherever you want to go. Nothing is walkable.

Amazing hotel and staff!! Only downfall was there is very limited shuttles so we couldn’t go to the beach resort more than once. But overall amazing experience here, I highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located with a very pleasant view by the canal, Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, linen is clean, well ventilated and thermostats work well. The bathrooms are small and ill planned. These need a fresh architectural review. The hotel has a pleasant ambience. The Food is Good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Staff were very helpful could not do enough for you, rooms very clean &. comfortable My one issue was in regards to Risen the coffee shop at times there appeared to be no staff in one instance I had to help myself to a menu then approach a staff member to order my meal.

Not much around the hotel. basic corner shop. Hard to get a taxi from the hotel. You need to order one on a app. Or the hotel will offer you a more extensive hotel car service The pool area is small. The beach is at another hotel and is at extea cost. Over all i would say its a average hotel.

I am writing to express my concerns about the condition of my room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, and the air conditioning vent appears to be very dirty. The air coming out of the vent has a strong, foul odor, making it difficult for me to breathe comfortably. I did checked out on the 15 of October and booked another hotel to stay😡
