Very courteous staff… quiet and beautifully. This place is so amazing that you actually don’t have to leave the premises. From breakfast to dining to clubbing and everything in between, you can do all at this place. We will definitely be back the next time in Dubai and will highly recommend to everyone. I love the brand and this definitely reconfirmed my commitment to it.

Every thing was great, room,food,cleanliness,it’s was great stay. On the other hand the hotel sent me a review request, so I shared some points and comments in good faith, but the reply from the (Director of Quality Assurance) was inappropriate and offensive, and I also felt somewhat insulted. I will not book again because of his unsuitable response it was only a review not Complaint i think he should not sent me an e-mail to respond to a review!!

My husband and I chose to celebrate our honeymoon in Dubai and decided to stay at this hotel — and it was the best decision. Great hotel helpful staff Check in and out was fast easy Valet people were fast taking care of the cars Pool staff were working hard in the heat thanks alot Gym was equipped nicely QUIET room as I asked love the bed and amenities House keeping were great Management helped me in few matters as an exception thanks alot The only disadvantage was that they removed fish from their pool menu
