We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and nicely set up. We had a lovely meal at the on site restaurant. The kids enjoyed the pools. It was a very family friendly stay!

Cleanliness was not as good as on our past visits - felt generally grubby and tired. Our apartment smelt strongly of the food the previous guests had cooked (Indian). We stayed in a 2BR apartment to accommodate 4 people and the kitchen was equipped with a very random selection of crockery and cutlery and glasses - 1 cereal bowl, no forks, no wine glasses and 1 coffee cup only. Made dining in impossible.

The one thing that we found disappointing was the heated pool which was more of a cold pool. Otherwise a love clean apartment that made for a very comfortable stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating - we must have looked very haggard from our drive up from Melbourne, and welcomed warmly. The accomodation was very clean and well furnished.
