Stayed in 2br unit and was wonderful. Microwave broke down and within 10 mins staff had organised a replacement and took away the broken down one. Lovely clean place and parking at base of stairs.

Clean spacious rooms. Do not stay here if you are after a gym. There are 6 machines (and nothing else). Of the 6 machines the 2 treadmills do not work (1 is stuck on incline the other cannot 'get up to speed'). The rowing machine barely functions, the cross trainer won't power on and I didn't try the 2 stationary bikes.

Arrived on very hot afternoon and found room was like an oven. Virtually every other motel we have stayed at has had the air con on in rooms on these types of days. It took nearly 4 hours to get the room to a reasonable temperature. It would be nice if staff could put the air con on in rooms that directly face the sun during the day. Other stays at this motel have been great but not this time.

The facade of the hotel is lovely but we were quite disappointed with how old it was once we got into the 2 bedroom apartment blocks. The pool area was extremely outdated and dirty, every single chair was broken No ceiling fans in one of the bedrooms so we had to go and buy one, was so hot! Apartment floor was dirty with hair everywhere Staff were lovely but the hotel and pools are in need of some major updating
