I know it’s not normal but there was a large function who were having dinner. The kitchen staff tried hard but it was fairly late until I got my curry which by the way was delicious

I've stayed before and the experience was ok. Decent value for money. Bar and bistro is good. Main problem this time was very strong odour in my room from previous occupants' smelly socks etc. Unfortunately the room had no opening window so it was quite unpleasant. No spare rooms so I couldn't be moved. Staff sprayed the carpet which masked it for a little while. Also shower heads sprayed water all over the place.

Staff are great... was an unplanned extended stay but they easily accommodated our stay... facilities are clean and tidy... better than some places that were on offer at other establishments. Will stay again.

From the car to the room was quite a walk and the stairs were very steep The room was very basic No hanging space for clothes as we were going to a funeral I would have liked to hang my clothes up Meals and drinks were very expensive

We left early. On arrival we noticed a fair bit of damage and dirty carpet in hallway. In the room we could literally hear the neighbour fart and talk about his domestic violence avo. There was a nasty huge yellow toe-nail on the floor. There is no individual bathroom for the room - its communal - backpackers style. We had to bail. The lady Hayley was nice about it. We couldnt even eat there after seeing the state of the room.
