We loved having the Red Line right outside the door. It made moving about Dublin very easy and cheaper than taxi or other means. Having a Centra mart so close was really convenient for snacks to bring back to our room. The Hello Charlie onsite served up excellent morning coffee and treats! The staff were very friendly and helpful with this being our first trip to Ireland.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Some trouble at check-in but all was resolved. Front desk can be inconsistent in service but overall a great team. The cafe is excellent. Rooms are well-appointed and well stocked. Great location for meetings. 3Arena is basically next door. Excellent for walking with DT a tram ride or Uber away.

Went as 2 couples in 2 bed Beckett Suite. Disappointed there was only 1 bathroom between the 4 adults. Which we found a problem as when 1 was in the shower no one else could go to the loo. Glad we didn’t pay £20 each per person for breakfast as it was a lot cheaper to just go down and pay for what you had at the hotel The lifts were a pain. My daughter was on the 3rd floor and is on floor 6. You can only get off at the floor your room is on. We had to use the stairs to visit each other. Licato
