Pros: Room was spacious and had a Combo washing machine/dryer. It was right next door to 3 Arena so very convenient to walk to/from concert. Cons: bed is on an oversized platform making it difficult to get up and down to the bed. The Lucas tram service was interrupted for several weeks due to a fire along the line so it took much extra time and effort to get to sites in the heart of Dublin.

Next door to 3 arena, perfect location if you are attending an event. First room wasn't clean, second room had one chair for 2 people,the only way to get in touch with reception is to go downstairs or use your mobile and dial as if you aren't already in the hotel. Asked for a second chair, never got, asked for a shower cap and was told they dont have it. I would rate this like a travelodge not a 4 star hotel.

Beckett Locke was a good choice for visiting Dublin although just outside of the centre and a short walk. The Studio we stayed in was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately on check out day we had no hot water for the morning. We contacted reception and were informed it was a known problem. We asked for a slightly later checkout as we had not showered yet and were told no. The level of service could've been better considering this was out of all parties control. On checkout we didn't get an apology and heard others complaining and asking to speak to a manager. Even a complimentary drink would be nice for the inconvenience as we had to rush to get ready and both had lukewarm showers.

Nice hotel for families, has a washer/dryer in the room. Not easily walkable for families or people with disabilities, as the Lucas tram system is very unreliable. Buses are alright, but traffic can be heavy.

Loved the design of this place, lobby area and rooms are excellent! The staff was really nice too. I would say the room is quite dark, there is only one small window which is partially covered by the furniture. During the night, it is amazing because it's completely dark and easy to sleep. I love all the additions to the room, it has a dish washer and washer/drier. Watch out because there is a Nespresso machine but they just provide 2 pods and you will need to buy more if you want more. The ceiling was unfinished, while I know it is a design choice to make it look industrial, it seemed a little on the dirty/forgot to finish it kind. There was a light fixture on top of the table that never worked, I mentioned it to the staff but because there isn't a way to communicate while you are in the room (no phone to call reception) we were out all day and the next day nobody understood what I was saying. The towel warmer didn't work either which was a nice addition to have. And my suggestion for the mirror in the bathroom in front of the sink, it's too far, I would add a smaller augmented mirror that can be moved to solve that.

€40 for pet stay.

Nice accommodation in good location for the the port. The room was clean and comfortable. Good shower and nice fluffy towels. The room was a bit too warm for my liking, and unable to have a window open. The fee for the dog for the night is €40 which I felt was a bit steep. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they were transparent about the cost, but there is no mention of the fee when booking. They validated the card for the nearby car park, which I thought was for complementary parking, but I still had to pay €25 for overnight parking. The validation was for a €5 discount. Overall the cost of the stay was an extra €65 on top of what I thought. My responsibility for not researching thoroughly, but no mention of the above when booking.

Bel hôtel pratique pour retourner à l’aéroport

La chambre était bien et propre. J’ai moins aimé le fait que le lit est sur une plateforme et que le matelas est à 6 pouces du sol, difficile de sortir du lit. Le reste était bien. Un peu plus loin à marcher du centre ville mais le tramway est juste en avant de l’hôtel (il n’était pas en service lors de notre séjour, nous avons pris un taxi) Il y a café/resto bar à l’hôtel et café/depanneur à proximité. Le service d’autobus pour se rendre à l’aéroport est au coin de la rue de l’hôtel.
