The staff on reception were extremely helpful and made us very welcome, helping book taxis and always keeping us informed. The bar staff and restaurant staff were attentive. Breakfast was lovely The hotel was easy from the airport and accessible to O’Connell St and Tempe Bar area

My family of 4 adults stayed at Cassidy's for two nights in October 2024. We took an Aircoach bus from airport and it dropped us off about a three-minute walk from Cassidys. Staff were always very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to walk. Beds were comfy. Showers were hot. We would stay here again.

Better than 3 star
Perfect position in Dublin. This hotel is better than the 3 stars it has. could easily 4 Early check in no problem. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was horrible to be honest, me and my partner never slept I had a bump on the part I slept in. We never got any face cloths. The noise outside was super loud and all I could hear were doors opening closing and people talking inside. Also when we wanted to go to the restaurant it was closed. Would I go back probably not.

Have stayed here a couple of times now and have always found the staff very friendly & helpful. The only downside on this visit was the noise from a nearby bar but other than that an enjoyable few days

Nothing out off the ordinary in terms of accomodations. I took off stars because they gave me 2 complementary waters and 1 was open and half drank already(wonder what else was forgotten), went through a crazy ordeal where they downgraded me 3 times to finally give me a single box water bottle. Very weird and clunky, for the amount of money you're spending they should be in a hurry to give you liquid gold to sip on.

Nice hotel near our tour bus pick up. Staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't served until 7:30 am which was too late for us...we had an 8am bus pick up. Other than that, great place to stay.
