Stay whilst attending wedding nearby. Limited channels on TV, bed very comfy, room a little cool. Shower very good. Breakfast very good, poached eggs would have been a good option to have. Staff very helpful. Noisy people in corridor during the night broke sleep. Overall a good stay.

Incredible hotel
We had a family overnight stay and it was incredible as always.. one of our favourite hotwls to stay in.. one thing we where very disappointed with the cocktails looked like the bar manager spent more time squeezing as much ice into the glass as possible then making the cocktail.. he didnt even mix it and opened a bottle of coke and poured a dribble into the glass and didnt offer us the rest of the bottle like everywhere else. My daughter got a moccktail amd he didnt pur the write ingredients into it. It was disgusting 33 euro for 2 cocktails and a mocktail you would expect a little higher standard apart from that the hotel is worth every cent

Did not have a pleasant stay. Checked into room online and was suppose to get an email with code to pick up keys, did not get one. The room was ice cold when we got in and after enquiring about it, was told that the heat is on a timer and will come on at 7 but they can provide a standalone radiator. We asked to have the radiator brought up as we were on our way out. The radiator was not left in our room and the heat never came on at 7. The room it self is adequate but for the price we paid and the fact it said it was a deluxe room, left us wondering what their basic room is like. Then when we were checking out, the staff didn't even bother asking us how was our stay. I feel the hotel rely on the fact that the hotel looks amazing from the outside so they don't bother providing a great service on the inside

A very nice property with on-site dining and bar facilities. Courteous staff. Walking distance to other dining or pub options. A bit more of a walk to the downtown core. We did have noisey neighbours that hotel staff reportedly tried to deal with. We had minor problem with the magnetic room key caused some inconvenience, but otherwise had a very good stay at the Clayton Ballsbridge Hotel.

We have stayed here many times, the hotel is in a great location in Ballsbridge a stones throw from great restaurants and bars. We had a delicious meal across the road in Baan Thai. The bed and bedding were all very cosy and comfortable. Had a nice drink in the bar which was also very comfortable and had a great atmosphere. Our room was on the 4th floor. Walking to the room it looked a little dated but the room itself was lovely.

We loved our stay at the Clayton in Ballsbridge. From check in onwards the staff were so professional, helpful & friendly. The breakfast was fantastic - so well organised & a huge choice of delicious food. There were plenty of staff around if we needed anything. Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean & very quiet. The communal areas & bars downstairs were very jolly social areas with a good atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay & look forward to returning.
