It was disappointing that the hotel has no air conditioning in this day and age. Also, the whole reception area, dining etc. although temporary was equally disappointing. It's my 3rd time staying with you there. Probably will not return.

When I came back to the hotel from sightseeing around 7pm the room did not have cleaning service so I requested to the front desk. The receptionist said that someone will come asap but no one came for a hour so I called again and somebody came and said that the cleaning team is gone already and we are not able to clean your room tonight. I requested to give us clean towels and take trashes but they did not intend to do it. Disappointed:(

The hotel is walking distance to shopping, food and great photo moments. The rooms are comfortably and clean. My room did not have air-conditioning however the temperature is not normally hot, and a fan was in the room.

Excellent location for shows

Was going to a show in Grand Canal Theatre which is only across the road. Hotel location is excellent for shows. The rooms are to the left of courtyard and reception and bar are to the right. The doors are heavy and awkward when you have bags. Didn’t like that you have to step outside to go between the two. The hotel room itself was lovely. Comfy beds, had a great nights sleep, enjoyed a coffee in the room the following morning. Bar service was very slow. Not enough staff!! I would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week with small children. Room was spacious and clean - very easy to get to anywhere we needed to go - we didn't need a car, just walked around. The swimming pool is clean and open in the evenings, so we could take kids swimming. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to families. We would def come back when we are in Dublin.

I loved the hotel and the staff was amazing. I only wish that the hotel would of had a shuttle from their location to the city center area. Taking taxi or bus was a little bit confusing at times. Over all I have no complaints

This hotel is incredibly close to the Bord Gais theatre. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the room was ideal for a wheelchair user. The decor was lovely, fresh and tasteful. We intend to return on our next trip.

Good location and great pool for families.

Room was dated. Tiles loose in floor in bathroom. Stains on carpet. No air conditioning. Terrible smell of urine when entering outside area of hotel. Beds comfortable . Cleaning staff were great. Manager in restaurant for breakfast was very dismissive of staff. Could have been more friendly to the staff. Apart from that we liked the hotel and would stay again.

There is major construction going on right now. While it is possible to open the slider door about 6 inches it is not worth it due to the sound of jackhammers and the exhaust of the machines coming in.
