The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially since one of the waiters liked my joke. We liked the options for dining and the diverse areas to grab a meal or beverage.

We had a simple but clean room. May have been accessible. The placement of the shower head was mid tub and you couldn’t shower without the curtain sticking to you entire time so prefer that were changed in some way with a curved bar to move curtain away from people or something. Also the toilet is almost under the sink even though there is plenty of room to move it over.

The Clayton was very convenient because it offered almost constant shuttle service to and from airport. I hated the comforters on the beds- way too hot and no top sheet used. The chandeliers in lobby were pretty but had dust and cobwebs on them. You must eat at the hotel because there is nothing else whithin walking distance.

Location was good for getting to the airport the next morning. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Our dinner at the on-site bar restaurant was very good.

It's been a long time since I have had such poor service. From the front desk staff who sneer and roll their eyes, to every single order in both the bar and restaurant coming back wrong (or not at all) to the atrocious behavior of the airport shuttle driver. The air in my parents room didn't work, the front desk doesn't answer the phone. The elevator was broken and the one that did work was so slow and always packed. The only thing good about this stay was it was convenient. That's it. I would adamantly steer people clear from this hotel.

Convenient to airport; transfer buses are very good. Broken elevator slowed getting to and from room. An alarm in the middle of the night frightened the life out of me and disturbed my sleep from 4am onwards, until 8am when the TV magically turned itself on. Argh. Super annoying!

The shuttle to and from the airport is a huge coach bus. Hard to find at the airport. The check in was easy. The room was very nice. There is not refrig but I think they all hotels over in Ireland don't do this. The shower had hot water and the room was warm. We had breakfast which had lots of items to pick from. We had dinner at the resturant and we were pleased with what we got.
