Poor house keeping
We got upgraded to vip. So was pleased to have a nespresso machine. But for the 3 nights we stayed, even after asking and booked 2 rooms. The coffee and milk was not replenished. The rooms were not cleaned only beds made, and towels replaced. So felt housekeeping was poor For what we paid. Not sure why you would put coffee facilities in a room with no items to make coffee with?

Wonderful person at reception quickly provided assistance with checking in. (I had checked in online but never received a subsequent email with a required code to use with the hotel's kiosk.) We were given a very quiet large room - along with complimentary breakfast for my husband and me. Very convenient to Dublin Airport with frequent shuttles. We would definitely stay here again!
