I found it very frustrating with customer service. Horrible experience and these people should not work in hospitality. No eye contact, no greeting and the breakfast staff were rude and loud.

The Staff were helpful and friendly . The room was nice . Unfortunately it was so hot even with the window open ! Bathroom was a bit Outdated . Quite a lot of noise going on out in hallway at night . Otherwise it was a lovely stay .

Convenient and comfortable enough.
This was a convenient enough stay. A little ways from city center, but the tram is a short walk. It was worth it to save a little money per night. The Aircoach from Dublin Airport drops you at the front doors. It was a good launching point to our trip.
