Very noisy, wouldn’t recommend for family stays.
Booked a family room, for a family of four…upon arriving, there was only water for two people in the room. I would expect one per person. The house-keeping staff were knocking on the door at 8.45 the morning of check out, even though check out is 11am. Something which was a big issue, which isn’t really a fault of the hotel in fairness, was the noise in the corridor at night time…there were people shouting and yelling up until about 4am, which isn’t ideal.

Very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Tea and coffee services lovely in the room. Bed very comfortable. It was a busy weekend and we had the first room on corridor so I was surprised that noise level was low.

Room was ok, some mould on the bathroom grout. Paint on the floors. Ordered a pizza to the room for my daughter at 20:30, was said it would arrive for 9pm. Contacted reception after 9:20 to be told no order was made but the payment was taken. Was transferred to room service and they said they are having issues and would send one up. After 10.15 my partner went down to reception to find none was made or ordered. No apologises, and gave him a free Tin of coke 😂. Would not recommend again because the attitude of the staff were not friendly Their morning breakfast was ok, over booked and struggled to get seated. A bit out of the way from the city centre compared to what was said in the description.

The hotel was clean and the room was spotless and spacious. Where this hotel falls down is the lift only goes to the 5th floor for some reason! We then had to get out of the lift, walk down a long corridor and walk up a flight of stairs to access our room. Made very little sense and may be an issue from an accessability point of view.

Good hotel
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious but quite warm. Biggest issue was the noise at night, lots of kids running around and noise from other rooms was ridiculous. I underatand its a big hotel and some guests just don't have respect for others. Overall it was a lovely hotel with lots of choice for breakfast.

The hotel is in a fab location for access to the zoo and also the sports Ireland centre which is why we were there. The car park is safe with plenty of spaces although the 2 electric car charging points were in use by other cars the entire stay which was frustrating as we have an electric car. The hotel itself was nice, the family was a great size and good to have 5 of us in 1 room youngest under 2 so in a cot) but the room was SO HOT absolutely sweltering all night. Swimming pool was a nice bonus after the zoo however it was cold, jacuzzi not working and you need a padlock for the lockers (plus swim hats!) Breakfast was delicious, loads of choice with non dairy milks and gluten free options. Every choice of food had an allergy card stating any allergens which was amazing as my son has a dairy and peanut allergy which can make things so difficult. Staff were constantly going around saying good morning, clearing plates and bringing extra milk if needed. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially with kids. Dinner was nice, but very expensive. Booking through Expedia there was no dinner package but I was told direct there is which was annoying but not the end of the world. The staff were all incredible, every single person was so friendly and extra helpful they really made the stay.
