The room was not maintained. Paint peeling and door leading to bathroom had a lot of scoff marks . Windows dirty . Door top lock was broken . No pool as indicated was open . Breakfast was a little bag of treats .
No hairdryer, tv wouldnt work, safety latch broken on door, fridge not cold, no complimentary cups, no iron. Three 1/4" thick pillows. Hard spring mattress felt like you were sleeping on a stack of box springs
Id rather have slept in my car!
The room size and accommodations was nice and the staff was so friendly but the room it self was run down and dirty the was a used tampon applicator in the bathroom floor and the dressers was broken and the door to the second bedroom was broken and didn't close properly and the ceiling fan didn't work so the second bedroom was hot saved on top of that the room has roaches and bed bugs
This room was so disgusting. The toilet was dirty, the floors were filthy, the walls were dirty, the safety lock on the door was broken and there was black mold! We got out ASAP. Don’t stay here.
I didn’t like it at all. Roaches, soap in the shower with hair on it. Cigarette burns in the blankets of a non smoking room. No smoke detectors. A piece of the wall fell off. Fridge wasn’t working properly. I need a refund for real. Never been so disappointed in my life. Never again!!!!!!! Period!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like staying at this hotel because of the price and location to where I had a meeting. I’ve stayed before and everything was excellent. This time it needed to be cleaned better. The front clerks were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and I had no issues with safety or noise. I will stay again it is an older hotel and I do understand that but some things like the floor and hard surfaces need to be cleaned better.
We asked to switch room 3 times. Everytime had the same issue. Bed Bugs. I called to get a refund from them, they lied and said we only switched rooms bc we didnt like the room. Expedia was so kind as to refund some of the money. Thank you Expedia
Was not worth the $ I paid to stay. Very outdated and not very clean. Had to change rooms because the first room had a strong smell of urine. 2nd room was a better, the cable kept going in and out.
