Very comfortable, and a big shout out to Bruno at the front desk for excellent service. One slight caveat - the soundproofing on the canal view rooms (mine at least) wasn't great, and it let in a lot of road noise. However, it was easy to change rooms. If you're travelling with a dog, don't assume that pubs in Dublin will let you in. Most will turn you away. While the hotel is great with pets, the city is terrible. You need to research where you're going to eat, or - like me - you'll be having dinner in the hotel lobby.

Love this hotel - stayed here on more than a few occasions, great venue, great location and always welcoming. However, on this occasion, having booked the same grade ‘superior’ room, I was surprised to receive a tired room, with two beds pushed together to make the ‘queen’. Lots of dust and dirt accumulating and tired facilities. We will come back though !

Extremely overpriced

Very Very overpriced for what it is. Basic room and poor amenities. Housekeeping left room window open so the room was freezing when we came back to the room. There weren’t any tea bags in the room. Front desk staff were not friendly at all.
