The hotel was ideally located and the restaurant and lobby area were lovely and well furnished. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom however, was quite dated for a more upmarket hotel. The bath was peeling and the shower had little pressure. It barely reached over the taps and wasn’t easy to adjust. The shower curtain also appeared very old.

Nice hotel, but a little away from the city center. However, the public TRAM is next to the hotel. We did not rent a car and that was not an issue. In fact, being far from center, the nearby pubs were excellent.

This was a nice property and the staff was kind and hardworking. I appreciated their attention to hospitality. While the hotel itself was attractive, it was loud with doors slamming and kids running around until close to midnight. This made it difficult to sleep. The hotel staff managed the situation well and it was less noisy after they attended to the matter, but it was definitely not a relaxing stay.
