We had issues with the mattress, there was a huge dip in it. They changed this, but neglected to let us know. The breakfast was included- the best part of the stay.

The hotel was great. Located on O'Connell Street, it is located in walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurants. I checked in on a cold, rainy afternoon, after being in the cold and rain for two days. Check-in was easy, as it was pre-paid. My room was clean, comfortable, warm, and well-stocked with amenities. The breakfast buffet's (which is included) posted starting time is 6:30am, but it is available, slightly earlier for those guests who have an even earlier departure time. The offerings were plentiful and various to accommodate both omnivores and vegetarians. The check-out process was equally as simple as check-in, again due to having pre-paid. When I was not able to catch my AirCoach bus to the airport, due to a TFI bus' mechanical issue, the hotel reception assisted with calling a taxi. Due to the proximity to shopping/restaurants, I would stay here again.
