Heavy construction going on, the rooms need remodeling, stains on the carpet, some light stains on one of the sheets. I would say, during this heavy construction they should have discounted rates.

I recently stayed at a Hyatt and was quite disappointed with my experience. The hotel felt run down and outdated, which was surprising given the premium price I paid. Additionally, it was undergoing construction, which only added to the inconvenience. I had higher expectations for a Hyatt property and wish it had been a nicer stay. I also didn’t like the fact that they requested a copy of my service dogs paperwork. I thought that was illegal? Not that I care. Of course I had proof, but it was just a little awkward.

In the midst of rehab. Told limited breakfast would be available before 7:00am. It wasn’t. Parking was a hidden charge and was limited. AC was noisy as was street/highway noise. Their bar and food area in the evening was also a big disappointment. This place may be trying to be a Hilton Garden or a Courtyard but it’s not close. Won’t return.
