Everything was great. Nice location, very clean. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dublin.

Checkin staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. Beds were uncomfortable. Worst of all was the loud dance music that blasted for hours. When we called in the morning, staff seem to deny the problem.

Terrible
Terrible experience, waited for more than 30 minutes to check in. Room view was a construction site and woke up 6:30 am by machine started to hamming, after a long flight! Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. All over was terrible.

Hotel was wonderful! Loved the location, the room was wonderful, on site dining was wonderful. Close walking proximity to everything we wanted to do in Dublin. Only complaint was the temperature of our room - it was terribly humid and stuffy. Despite attempts to open the window and air it out, we just could not get comfortable. And due to the nightclubs across the street, we couldn't leave the window open at night. Wasn't the end of the world since we were out and about most of the day, or spent down time in the beautiful lobby.
