The hotel was decent. The front desk staff were prompt. Housekeeping was decent but I had to complain to the front desk about making sure housekeeping only cleaned when requested. I didn't want them in the hotel room when there wasn't a request put in. There was residual energy left on the pillow. I also had to walk down to the front desk often for coffee refills. BART was walking distance, not too far. The guests, some of the workers, and the parking lot were a bit disruptive; I spoke to the front desk many times about loud guests and kids. Overall, it was an average stay; it could have been better.

A Great Location Hotel
The location is excellent, very convenient to everything. The room is very nice decorated, if there is a safe in room will be perfect. WiFi is a bit weak. The service is great and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The front office was friendly and helpful at check in. The breakfast was tasty and there were lots of options. The room was clean and the shower was hot. The beds were comfy. One of the nicer stays I've had in a while now.

Last minute booking. Got requested king room. Nice Welcome bag with SmartWater and snacks. Breakfast had many options from a burrito to bisquits and gravy - pastries, breads, yogurt, fruit, cereals. Enough variety if you stay a couple days.

Some construction going on outside but still decent parking. Only issues were the bathroom door wouldn’t lock or close completely and there was a bad odor in the bathroom when we walked into the room.
