We stayed for 2 nights, and on the morning after the first night, we passed by the front desk on our way out to let the lady know that there was no conditioner left in the dispenser in the shower, and she said she would tell the housekeeper. When we returned that night to shower, lo and behold, the conditioner was still empty! Another more pressing issue involves the breakfast setup. The coffee dispenser was set up in such a way that requires you to use your cup (instead of your finger) to push on the dispenser lever. I saw guests get refills with their used cups (with saliva and lipsticks on the cup rim) press against the dispenser lever thus transferring saliva and germs to the lever and to subsequent guests who would then use their cups to push against the same dispenser lever. The coffee dispenser should be set up to allow a finger operated lever so that the guest's cup does not have to touch any parts of the dispenser. Another issue was the forks. They were put into the fork container sticking up instead of down. As a result each hotel guest that gets his fork ends up touching multiple forks. The forks should be put into the fork container downwards (with the handle sticking up) so that the guests would not accidentally touch the fork end of the other forks. Not all guests shower before then come out for breakfast and thus some may have unclean fingers. Besides that everything was great at the hotel!

Very nicely redone large room and bathroom at excellent rate. Unusually large number of choices at their ovo-lacto vegetarian breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the choices for all 4 mornings were boringly identical. They need to rotate some choices. But it was both very good and refilled frequently, with enough seating and tables to meet the need, which is not often the case with smaller breakfast areas. Even the juices were a surprise with not just apple and orange, but also pineapple and even guava! Bravo for that delight. The scrambled eggs were fresh, light and fluffy. The vegetarian sausage patty was crisp, flavorful and hot. All in all this was a step up stay at an low to mid-range price, and conveniently located with good well-lit parking.Also right next to an IHOP.

Our room was next to cleaning facilities so we heard cleaning staff laughing and talking right outside our door early in the morning, a long with the sounds of the carts and equipment. Their noise disturbed a dog in a neighboring room so it was barking nonstop, as well. We were required to pay an additional $50 deposit upon arrival, which the hotel kept without reason.
