1. Dublin Express Stop/Departs right next to the hotel. 2. Online check-in, check-out. You just need to use the machine on the entrance. 3. 2 Elevators, rooms are easy to navigate. 4. Room is more than enough and cleaned daily, basic amenities are prepared. Air conditioning is operating clean, no foul smell with hot and cold options. Windows opens a bit with an acceptable view towards the city. 5. The single bed does what you would expect. Absolutely no springy mattress or creeking bed. 6. The toilet flushes fine, no smell here either, lightings are bright, and shower works well with both cold and hot water, and I definitely loved that shower pressure. 7. Corridors are quiet but at night some well-drunken people were knocking all the doors but the staff quickly came up and settled it down. 8. Staffs were very nice and kind, didn’t have much pressure asking them any questions, and they rather approached to help first. Thank you. 9. Outside is safe in my opinion. Every destination you would think is in walkable distance. The farthest is I think the Guinness Storehouse, about 20 minutes walk. The roads are clean as well. If you are thinking of travelling via Tram (Luas), this hotel may be a bit far. 10. Additionally, the dining on the ground floor is good. I chose to eat in the hotel because it was a bit late but the menu is fairly ranged and tastes good. The dining staffs are very kind too. 11. Overall, 11/10 experience, I think I found a new hidden gem.

A great place in a walking distance to many attractions in the area - St. Patrick Cathedral, Trinity College, Temple Bar, Dublin Castle and other great places to just walk and enjoy. Hotel staff is very accommodating.

Exceptional service (safe didn't work and maintenance was up to fix within 3minutes of call to front desk!!) Good location if wishing to be outside the main hub-bub of the city and interested in a nice walk each day. Easy to grab a cup of coffee/snack/breakfast at takeout cafe in the area, but full breakfast at hotel is also an option. Easy to catch a cab and front desk always willing to call for one if there are none already driving by the hotel. You will need to walk over to Camden Street if seeking dinner from hotel starting point, but it's a short walk...just need to factor it into the plans. Comfortable bed, generously sized bathroom. All-in-all, excellent stay.

Perfect couple of days in Dublin

Nice hotel within walking distance of attractions and centre. Breakfast was first class with good choice. Staff were super friendly and helpful when required. Well done all on a great stay in Dublin. 👏🙂

I enjoyed my stay in this property. Hotel with limited amenities, but rooms are very clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel very helpful and friendly. The property is one block from St. Patrick's and less than 10-15 min walking distance from other tourist attraction. I was very disappointed with the restaurant service. The first day I went for lunch and I I did not get service because they had a big group. Another day I went for dinner I waited 10 min on a table, no one asked me for service. ONE great PLUS. The airport express buss stops right at front of the this hotel.

Good modern and well equipped room in awell managed hotel with excellent staff. We were able to use the carpark to dropoff our bags before checkin time. All staff very helpful and friendly. Lication is handy to the shops and Temple Bar

Unfortunately the shower control (regulating water temperarure and flow) did not work properly. After changing from the initial room to this one, it was too much of a bother for us to seek another room. Otherwise a good experience.
