The hotel was a great stay for my friend and I visiting Dublin. The room with two twin beds was the perfect size and had all the accommodations we needed (no fridge but that’s okay). The bathroom was clean and well stocked with soaps, etc. Coffee/tea offered in room. The window was able to be opened which was great because the air is controlled centrally and it got a little hot. The only complaint I have would be a home with dogs living nearby that bark A LOT. But that is of no fault to the hotel. It is located in a good location with pubs, restaurants, a store to grab any essentials, and many bus/tram stops in walking distance. Would highly recommend!

It was fine but the room was really cold. We visited during a cold snap. We couldn’t make the heating work in the room so asked reception to help. They controlled the heat which came on (yes) but then soon after went off again. We also had a very nice coffee machine in our room but the plug didn’t fit any of the sockets

Pathetic service

There was no lights and air conditioning for the entire night, and nobody even responded from the reception over the call for this. In short, it was a suffering to live there.

Stay was very good. Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Room was small (1 double & 1 single bed) but everything was very clean. Only issue encountered was the hallway noise. Walking distance to the river / castle / temple district. Would definitely stay again.
