The room was never properly cleaned or restocked (coffee, body wash, face clothes, etc.). There is an ice machine on the floor but they don't provide ice buckets?! The reception rarely answer the phone when we called down (several times). The bed and pillows were good, and the DART train is close which is great. There is also a great ocean view from the rooms with windows that open so you can enjoy the sea air (unfortunately our windows were dirty both inside and outside). The front desk night staff were lovely and helpful, the day staff and management less so.

We booked 6 rooms for our group when we were in town to see the NFL Dublin game. Really great hotel and very easy access to the city centre on the DART or bus. Airport express picked us up right outside the hotel for our flights home. Hotel has all the amenities you need and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights on business. Staff were really friendly and helpful even when asked something out of the ordinary. Room was really comfortable and well equipped. Ate in the bar/restaurant both nights. Good was as expected for this type of hotel. Only a small choice but was of a good standard. Would definitely recommend for a Dublin stay. Bus stop right outside and 15 mins to centre of the city

All amenities are within walking distance. Have a gas station across the street and a pub/restraunt 5 min walk and a tesco about 10 min walk aswell as easily accessible public transport right outside.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, food on buffet was cold, however very tasty, hotel was clean and tidy. Transportation to and from the airport met our expectations. We plan to stay again in the future. Very enjoyable!!

Good room, decent location and value for money

Room was a good size and accommodated the three of us very well, although we were facing a road we couldn’t hear the traffic which was great. Plenty of clean towels provided for us as well as fresh water every day. Check in said it began at 3 and we got there just before however we were left waiting in the restaurant with all of our things for over 40 minuets without a clear idea of how long we’d be waiting. The staff however couldn’t be faulted they were all very polite and welcoming, and incredibly helpful to us. Overall the room was ok, few minor dents and scuffs around the room. But for the price it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed the view of the Dublin Bay from my room when I checked in as well as being able to see ships coming into port in the morning. The hotel was quiet and relaxing for me.
