I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and very quiet. I didn’t hear a peep from any neighboring rooms. And the pillow was so comfortable. The last hotel I stayed at had the worst pillows imaginable so I barely slept. And I really liked how the drapes at the Maldron REALLY blocked out any light. I sleep much better in a very dark room and boy was this room dark. The breakfast was very good and the location was fantastic. You can get a bus to the airport by just walking 3 minutes away from the Maldron. I will definitely stay here again when next in Dublin.

Breakfast is the best among the rivals. Fantastic options and the pastry still remain crispy which will never happen to the other hotel that offers breakfast.

Very stuffy room. Didnt like being on main level no window lighting. Opened the window and was looking into a car parked up against the window. Someone left a bunch of dirty glasses outside our door. They stayed there for 2 days. Could only get buffet breakfast . Only wanted toast and coffee. Had to walk 11 min to get it. Liked the fact 3 locked doors at night to get into our room.

This hotel was very comfortable and felt very safe. The only downside was that the room was VERY dusty and there were stains in various places around the room (on the duvet covers (conveniently hidden by the yellow blanket), on the bathroom mirror and on the wooden paneling. However, the reception and breakfast staff were so lovely and helpful. I would stay here again if the cleanliness was improved.

Nice Place But Hard to Get Help When Needed

No instructions in the room for how to reach anyone - i.e., front desk, cleaning, etc. Were told to press "0", but that didn't work. Tried several times and still didn't work. Our daughter and her family were in another room & had the same issue. Hard to communicate with the front desk unless you went downstairs. Helpful if there were hooks in the bathroom for towels and in the room by the front door for coats. Very cold in the lobby & restaurant. We would have a drink at the bar and more food in the restaurant but didn't because of the cold.
