Rooms are well appointed. Housekeeping staff could use an attitude adjustment, apparently if you don’t leave the sign on your door your room doesn’t get made up, this would have been nice to know when checking in however check is is done on a computer so really takes away from the “customer service” piece. This is a very expensive hotel for what you get but the location is quite perfect if you are a tourist and wanting to explore Dublin especially Stephens Green area. Breakfast was ok but given the price you pay for a night and for the cost of the breakfast I expected much better options. Overall decent stay but likely wouldn’t stay there again when in the area.

Unfortunately we were not checked into the correct room when we arrived and did not get the superior king we had paid for. We were able to get moved the next day, but not ideal when we paid for a bigger room. Otherwise the hotel was very convenient and the restaurant was quite good on site!

Excellent hotel with discounted parking right opposite the entrance and well located to walk to main areas including Temple Bar. Friendly staff and very clean modern hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast including continental options. Cosy double room is compact but well thought-out with ample underbed storage. Very comfortable bed.
