Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again.

This was my 2nd stay at a Niche property and it went very well. Having access to multiple laundry machines makes everything very efficient. The staff and manager go out of their way to help make things smooth or fix little inconveniences.

We had such a wonderful time at the NicheLiving . We hosted dinner for our Trinity college students and their friends . The rooftop terrace, laundry room, lichens, flat room were all absolutely wonderful. I will make sure to let the Trinity parents Know of this wonderful place!

Its alittle out of the way from temple bar etc maybe 6-8 min max by taxi. 20 - 30min walk. But well worth the stay as its pretty cheap considering how close it is to Temple Bar amd the centre. But the quality of the rooms is perfect for two people. Showers and toilets are really nice loads of space to put stuff and to wash up and cook if needed. Leisure room is really good, big TV, quality pool table and sofas with a chess board. Cinema or movie room has a big Tv and recliner chairs. Very clean and Tidy all round too.
