I found the bed was uncomfortable and being under a very damp window, I was very cold. The room was a bit small. We only had a one night stay so this was ok. May I say that all of the Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Excellent value and it was a great hotel. It was a cute nice and small room. Perfect for what I needed. The only thing I’d say is the pillows weren’t that comfortable but it wasn’t that bad. The hotel is walkable to all the downtown and tourist attractions.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk to all major areas and the neighborhood had easy access to shopping and restaurants. We never felt unsafe, even at night.

Contacted hotel ahead of arrival, but never had a reply. I wanted to check-in early and requested it when i arrived. Reply was Sorry you have to do that online. I think a reception should be able to do anything related to check-in. In the end i managed to check-in early. I paid £15 fee and i checked in early. Room had no view out of window, but room was fine. Bed was firm, but i slept due to tiredness. I've stayed here before and i recommend it for solo travellers. Rooms are a bit small, but they are modern in style and generally quite clean.

We stayed here in December 2024 and had a great trip! The room is small but cozy. I’d definitely stay here again but I’d bring my own pillows. Theirs are huge.
