Hotel was clean, friendly and convenient. Great little breakfast on site or grab and go. Extremely happy with everything but the size of room. Awkward if you have more than 1 bag. But if you are just looking for a great little place to lay your head at night, then this is your place. Walking distance to everything!

Great area close to buses and tram options and about a 20 minute walk to the temple bar area. Staff was great and held our bags after check out since our flight was later.

A clean good hotel, but on this and past trips I've had difficulties with the customer service. The youngish staff are nice enough, but they have no permissions to do basically anything, due to 'company policy'. So please keep in mind that if there are some iasues, changes, anything extra, can't be done. Also, noisy area and construction site right under the window. Nice property but with friendlier customer support policies could be much better.

Hotel is ok - Staff is Excellent- unfortunately area around hotel and adjoining alleys are dirty and filled with homeless - a man was literally vomiting at the front door to the hotel - security is good going in and out of hotel. Not bad for a quick stay - skip the breakfast not worth it.

This is an exceptionally clean hotel, with excellent facilities and very attentive staff. My only complaint and this may seem ridiculous, is the very high tech lighting and aircon system in the bedroom. This was clearly designed by someone who spends very little time staying in a hotel as a customer. I'm sure if the hotel offered some sort of training in how this complex system works, it would soon become easy to figure out, but seriously its a major inconvenience when you need to turn on a light at 3 am and are forced to figure out a completely alien operating system.

The only downfall for me was not having any washcloths. The first hand towels were too large to use in the shower. Otherwise everyone was very helpful!!!
