The hotel was originally a manor house. It retains all the charm and elegance. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Both restaurants are great, and the breakfast made you want to get out of bed.

Music blaring from a wedding while we tried to sleep. Bathroom was extremely outdated. Hair everywhere on the floor amd bath (I did mention this to reception and they quickly had this cleaned up). This is in no way a 5 star hotel!!

Tv remote not working .Large stain in bath Had to go down to reception twice because key card not working to access the room . Staff very courteous and breakfast good . My room had a nice view over lovely gardens . Areas in hotel need refurbishment .
