We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is amazing; cozy, stylish, and spacious, with bright clean rooms and comfy bed. Staff was professional and courteous. Enjoyed the Amp Radio Player and the shower stall. Good value to be walking distance to everything in city center.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff and service not good. Very inconsistent on answers and things like pricing. Some members of our party received things “complementary”, others had to pay for the same product, depending which staff member served you etc.

Clean room, clean laundry & comfortable bed. Rooms are small, but priced right and their lobby is where most of my time was spent in between touring. Great WiFi. Easy to walk to most locations or inexpensive car service ride. Area much quieter than temple bar area. Great location

Great location, very walkable. Rooms were spartan. No microwave or fridge, shower leaked A LOT. TV couldn't stream properly. Good spot if you're going to be spending most of your time checking out the city. Staff was very cool though.

Great Hotel, Decent Location
I really enjoyed the hotel. It was stylish and different. It was fairly comfortable, if a bit small. The location was fairly good, but not perfect. You can get to most places, but being on the other side of the river might have been a bit better, though there is still quite a bit around. The main tourist stuff is on the other side of the river. The alley you walk up to get to the hotel from the river is a bit sketchy at night, so I recommend approaching from the east rather than the south. Still, it was a good place and the price was fairly competitive with the rest of the city, so I gave it 5*

We had a lovely stay in Dublin at the Ruby Molly! The hotel was stunning and the bar inside served fantastic drinks! The staff was incredibly accommodating as they booked us an early morning taxi for our departure. They also sent me some items I left at the hotel! I could not compliment their customer service enough. On top of being a beautiful hotel!

The good: great location to walk around the city; very nice bar downstairs that allowed us outdoor food after kitchen closed; room was clean and more spacious than expected. The bad: very industrial feel -- I wondered whether we were in a converted parking garage. Inexplicable self check-in at an iPad when there's a human right there (she doesn't want to talk to you, turns out). Overall, hostel vibe from the staff. The ugly: absolutely no parking in the area, and speaking of the unhelpful desk staff - the gal looked at me like an alien when I asked her for recommendations on where to park. And when I asked her if anyone else working there might have recommendations, she's "Noooo..." I'm sure I looked at her like 'Were you hired yesterday?' And she... probably was. Overall, not a bad stay, but not exceptional, nor drawing me to go back next time I'm in Dublin.
