It was a good location beside Trinity College, 15 minute walk to Grafton Street. Walking back after dark it was fairly dark and not much else open. Other than that, it was an excellent property, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely studio room with very large comfortable bed, tv, kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle , ample pots, pans, plates etc. There is even a dishwasher! Coffee maker and coffee pods supplied. There is milk in the fridge and a water bottle to keep water cold. Hairdryer and iron in wardrobe. Table and chairs for dining. Lovely shower in bathroom. Studio was warm and cosy. Laundry room available, but I did not use it. Breakfast looked lovely, but I brought food in Tesco, 2 mins away, open until 10pm. Fantastic bakers, Bread, next door, where you can eat in or take away. Everything within walking distance. I stayed 4 nights and will definitely be using Staycity again.

Would definitely come back!
The hotel was extremely communicative before my stay which was very helpful. The pre-check in they send out also encouraged me to book the Dublin express to and from the airport, which was a big money saver, and the stop is barely 5 minutes up the street.

Came to stay here 1 night for the Dublin marathon and had a great experience in the property! Room was clean. Bed super comfortable. The staff were very polite, professional and accommodating. The only issue I had was that I was accidentally charged an additional one night stay to my credit card. However, the staff/ reception held their hands up and explained it was a mistake and I’d be refunded. Very honest response and efficiently resolved! Was offered drinks etc as a way of an apology for the inconvenience (unfortunate as i was running the next day lol) so we were offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch! First time staying here but such a great experience and the room was great that I’ll likely come back to stay again!!

Very, very wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Rooms were very clean and spacious for 2 people for 3 nights, as well as being pretty quiet. Problems were solved quickly. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of hot and cold options as well as hot drinks. The lobby was decorated for Halloween - very sweet. Staff gifted my mother something for her birthday, and at checkout we even got 2 hot chocolates for free. Unfortunately I didn't get any staff members' name but they certainly deserve all the praise in the world. Would absolutely stay here again when coming back to Dublin.

Great property and very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast each morning was delicious and much more than we expected. They have a nice variety of drinks and late night food as well. The location was very close to most things making walking very easy. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Bathrooms are pretty small, but I realize this may be a cultural thing, as in America we are accustomed to larger counter space in bathrooms. Overall, it was great!

We highly enjoyed our stay with Staycity Aparthotels on Mark St. All Staff were friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to Grafton Street and the Temple Bar District as well as other pubs we found near the river. The breakfast included crossiants, yogurt, fruit, eggs, ham, sausage plus other things. I loved the Mocha coffee in the morning! I would recommend to everyone to stay here and if I see other Staycitys in other locations I would choose there as well!

I was very disappointed about this hotel. The room was very small, the floor was stained and dusty. The most disgusting thing was the toilet flush. Water spread out and spilled to the floor every time we flushed it that we had to use a Clorox wipe to clean the toilet seat and the floor. The shower was also clogged. Staying in this property was the only bad thing about our wonderful trip in Dublin.

No-Frills but Quality Stay
Our stay was overall good! We originally given a room with a quite dirty shower and that smelled strongly of paint, but the reception staff quickly moved us to a much more clean room. We also struggled a bit with getting housekeeping requests met (i.e., sending several WhatsApp messages and taking to more than one staff member to get an extra blanket), but it was eventually resolved. Overall, this is pretty no-frills hotel, but if you’re planning on spending most of your day out and about, it was a quiet place to stay in Dublin about 15 minutes walking from all major sites.
