Excellent location to access the city. A short walk to train / trams for trips around Ireland. Easy to reach by coach transfer from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet in the evenings.

The cleanliness the location to tourist attractions the location to walk to anywhere within the city. The staff was extremely friendly. My room was ready way before the expected time and the breakfast is excellent as well as the dinner service.

I would stay here again. The staff is really friendly. The rooms are nice and new. I loved it so much that I changed my reservations to stay here again after coming back from Cork.

Charged 288 euro for a 4 euro upgrade

They charged me 288 euro on my card for an upgrade. It was initially just for 4 euro, but then they had my card details and chared me hundreds more. The receptionist said it was an error on the system. Absolutely crazy that this could happen

Disappointing

We wanted somewhere we could base ourselves for our 3 night stay in Dublin which would give us the option to cook, do our laundry and sit in comfort after a day exploring. All 3 had alot to work on. Cooking wasn’t easy as the layout of the kitchen wasn’t though thru. The pans also stick. There was no washing machine in the room. We had to go to another floor to do this making it difficult if you were spending a day exploring. And there was no comfort on the couch. It would have to be hardest couch we have ever sat on. Finally the bed whilst comfortable I have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to put one side of the bed right up against the wall! All in all I don’t feel it was worth the price paid and I’ve better quality in AirBnBs

Nice place well maintained. Cleaning staff needs to pay a bit more attention to detail. Some of the glasses and utensils were dirty. The sofa chair had stained sheets. Large pile of hair in the shower. The front staff was excellent. Breakfast was good.
