We checked in slightly early the front staff greeted us very friendly and very accommodating, we had an issue with the lock at our door and the manager Patrick came by, and after realizing the issue was bigger than anticipated, he immediately changed our room to a suite, very apologetic, the area around the hotel was busy but the hotel is quiet. Fantastic hotel, definitely we will be back to this hotel next year

Perfect for Dublin City centre

We wanted a central location and you couldn’t get a better location. No need for taxis. 15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations and 10 minutes from Grafton Street. It’s a lively area and the hotel left us ear plugs but we didn’t need them. The staff were lovely but we didn’t eat breakfast so can’t review the food. The only thing we had an issue with was the shower was freezing and not very good. Otherwise a nice overnight trip. Denise

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly, approachable and helpful. The place was dabsmack in the middle of temple bar, really close to everything and there was a grocery store right across the street.

Thought this would be a perfect spot for all my walking needs. However, the staff was less than friendly upon my arrival. The guy who checked me in talked so fast I have no idea what he said after my room number .. The gal that checked me out was the only reason for a 2 star review rather than a 1.

This hotel is in the heart of the tourist area which makes it a perfect location for a quick trip to Dublin, however, it also means it is loud at night. During check-in, there was only one staff member who was fantastic but overwhelmed with people trying to get into their rooms. A second staff member at the desk would have made the process better. The room was small and plain but comfortable.

Decent hotel in the centre of Temple Bar Street and within walking distance of major attractions. However the rooms need some freshening up, with mould on the ceiling and walls within the bathroom and the hallways smelt damp. As a Expedia VIP Gold member was entitled to free drink, however staff member didn’t know anything about this.
