A gem of a Hotel.

The reception and lobby area is absolutely adorable and very staff very welcoming! Beds were very comfortable and rooms exceptionally clean for an older building. The bar staff were engaging and attentive. We especially enjoyed the bar lounge with pool table and comfy sofas. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, we had a street facing room a little noisy at times, but we were informed of this by reception, close to all the sites and public transport, not far to airport buses, we never tried breakfast but it was priced average. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. Shower was a little cool at peak times, overall we would stay there again.

Centrally located with a market right next door. Staff were very pleasant and room was clean! Breakfast options were great. Due to being so close to the hustle and bustle, some noise travels up to the rooms but with the in room fan, it was easily blocked out.

Place to crash near temple bar

You get what you pay for! Convenient location on Fleet Street and a good place to crash for a night or two max! Recommend asking for a room near the back of the hotel to avoid street noise - made a huge difference!

Perfect location for walking to all the main attractions in Dublin. Comfortable room. Can be slightly loud in the evening from music on the street but they provide ear plugs (we personally did not need to use them) so if traveling with children I would not suggest.

The staff was extremely helpful when Aer Lingus lost our luggage — they went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options. The location was perfect — easy walking distance to many pubs, shops, and attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay began with Ellie, who was wonderful, knowledgeable, and very helpful during check-in, and answered all our questions. The rooms were okay. We were located on the trash bin side of the building where we heard glass bottles being discarded at all hours overnight, and then the trash truck collect the bottles early in the morning. Our first clue was the ear plugs supplied by hotel. There is no air conditioning so we had to leave our windows open to get any cool air at all. Great hotel location but would not choose this hotel again.
