Great place in the busy heart of the city. Good base without a car. Easy walking to attractions and restaurants. When they say it’s a cozy room, it really is cozy! However, the bed was super comfortable and the room had the basic amenities available. The shower and sink are compact, but this room was designed for a budget minded traveler who isn’t spending time in the hotel room. If you are a larger, tall person you would do better with a regular room (ie don’t book “cozy”). The staff were always pleasant and are there 24/7. Fridays and Saturdays were noisy as expected being in Temple Bar, but the windows cut the din pretty well. Would stay here again with confidence.
Very central. A quiet room despite the noise outside! Clean, comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Would definitely stay there again.
Lovely room, couldn't complain, however the noise was not great when trying to sleep, but that was my fault for picking somewhere right in the centre of temple bar. Great experience though
In a GREAT location. The street are loud which is to be expected but the rooms are FULLY sound proof!!! I slept like a charm. Felt very safe and they have 24-7 staff. Clean room also! Will stay again!

Hotel and staff during our stay were fine and likewise had stayed before but after the poor service in lead up to most recent stay March 25, will not stay again. We booked 4 single bed option as all sjngle adults, one with disability. On getting an email from hotel stating it would be double and 2 x single, tried repeatedly to speak to hotel direct to advise of need for single beds. Answer everytime was you need to speak to the manager. The problem was the manager was only available for 2 hour window on Monday morning. Spoke to expedia who were told they had to email the manager. We ended up booking a second hotel to ensure bed each. Just rebooked Dublin for May (come aroind 4 times per year) but on basis of this experience will not stay here again!
The room was a twin, neat and clean. Ensuite was a tiny bit in the small side but wasn't a deal breaker. The electric skylight blinds and electric open/close were an excellent feature. Aircon was perfect. If all the rooms are as good as mine I would definitely recommend.
Town center so it’s easy walking to for shopping and sightseeing. Very noisy at night because of the bar crowds. Sketchy area but generally safe. Dirty area of town. Older building with small but adequate rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very small room for 2 American people lol.
Very clean and comfortable bed.
Walls are thin and of course will be noisy because of location.
Otherwise worth it for the experience.

Clean and convenient, yet noisy
Great location and clean room, however earplugs are highly recommended!! We didn’t realize, but must’ve booked when there was going to be constant construction happening, so it would get loud at early times in the morning due to work being done nearby, and since it is a busy area there is constant noise from the streets, and it usually lasts till an hour after the nearby pubs close. We loved that it was close to everything and within walking distance to a lot of main spots, so transportation wasn’t really needed, and if it was, it was very close to bus stops. So if you want convenience highly recommend this place, but if you want a decent night sleep, I would recommend somewhere else.
I stayed in the tiniest room I've ever stayed in, which was fine by me - I never spend any time in my hotel room, and it motivated me to go out and explore Dublin every day. The location is perfect - right next door to Temple Bar. My 3d floor room was very quiet despite everything going on outside. The room decor was a little sterile - white walls, & bedding, which made it feel a little like a dorm. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Getting to my room was not very good. To get there we had to climb a set of stairs, walk a hall way then go down a set of stairs to get to our room on the first floor. Did not like it.
