The hotel is still very new, so there is some tweeking. Everything was comfortable, the staff were very accommodating. The location was great, in a quiet area but was walking distance the the castle, corner shop, temple bar, guinness factory and hop on and off bus and loads of great restaurants and bars.

The Chancery is beautiful and i think in another 6 months could be the perfevt destination. Its very clean, the gym is lovely (towels and water bottles on available is a lovely bonus) and the rooms and hallways are gorgeous desined, very smart. A few areas for improvement: - scrambled eggs at breakfast are rubbery and you would expect a 'to order' menu - the pool was closed but there was no offer of reimbursement (I chose the hotel specifically as it was one of the few in the centre that had one) - dinner was average quality despite the price - small dinner menu selection Small changes would make a big difference. I would recommend andnwould return but only if the price reflected good value.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible location. Two minute walk from Dublin Castle. A little bit further takes you to Temple Bar area. Staff was very friendly and there is a lovely coffee shop in the lobby with delicious pastries! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent service and delicious breakfast ( with all kind of dietary restrictions ie: gluten free/vegetarian). We arrived early and they kindly let us check in as the room was available. Walking distance to everything, me and my son were on vacation but other guests were in business and top service and attention to everyone. Rooms are modern and spacious, great bar - couldn't have asked for a better option!

Bad smell in the rooms. AC didn’t turn on and staff did not help. Tried to downgrade my room instead of similar accommodations. Plenty of other hotels in the area. Would not stay here again. Staff if not qualified and have no sense of customer service.
