Really nice hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and attentive. Bed very high, but comfortable. Room quite small, but had everything that we needed. Steamer for clothes instead of iron is genius.

This hotel was the highlight of our almost 3 week journey! The rooms , bar an and food were all top notch! But it was the staff that really stood out! Marin at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! From changing our room at a moments notice to watching for an Amazon pkg , to always inquiring about our stay to making sure we had every thing we needed! ! He was the high light of our stay actually!!

Beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet side street. It is tucked away from the traffic and crowds, yet convenient to everything. It is steps from the Castle. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Everything is automated, including a sliding door in the bathroom. That took a bit to get used to! I particularly enjoyed the robe and slippers, the kettle and Barry’s tea, and the rainfall showerhead. The food and drinks were good as well. I did not try the breakfast, but it looked very good. It was a lovely stay.

Great location, lovely staff—this hotel was a total find. Also, all the fun gadgets on the room, like a button next to the bed to close the blinds, made it fun. The aesthetic was really modern and inviting.

The hotel was PERFECT. Situated perfectly in the center of Dublin, but on a quiet back street. The room was lovely, staff was excellent, and we were walking distance to Temple Bar. Will definitely return!

Hotel was close enough to most sights which is great! The hotel has new technology for all features in the room and was clean. The block the hotel is on feels a little desolate but that would be my only complaint. Friendly staff and held my bag all day when I arrived early and left late!

Lovely hotel and location. The room was very clean and modern. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially since we arrived very early from the airport. The only thing I wish worked better was the air conditioning -- the room ran a little warm and sleeping was less comfortable than I like.

We enjoyed our one night stay at The Chancery, it was close to the sightseeing we wanted to do and easy and safe walking from the Cathedral to Trinity, Temple Bar area and close to Stephens Green. Breakfast offered a nice selection of options.

The staff said that the hotel is only 12 months old and it was very clean and modern. The rooms are very high tech (maybe a little too high tech?) The location is conveniently located between Dublin Castle and St Patrick's Cathedral.

Overall we had a great stay at The Chancery; hotel was esthetically pleasing, very clean, modern and the staff was really pleasant, helpful in any way they could be. We did have some trouble with the air conditioning; we happened to be in Dublin on a warmer week and the room would not stay cool. Also the features were a little too modern, having to use a censored button to open/close a bathroom door, or turn off lights and lamps was a little much for us; but nonetheless I can see how that could be a appealing to many. Overall nice hotel, conveniently located near the bars and restaurants, but far enough far enough to have some quite time.
