The Dean was an outstanding stay for me! As a person who uses a wheelchair for mobility this is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. Room Three in the Annex is stellar. From the large, safe, reachable shower, sink and toilet area to the lowered peep hole and emergency call button outside the room, and the space under the bed for a lift if needed. This room has it all. The staff is also so helpful and without me asking called an accessible taxi to get me to the airport. I’ve already told several friends about The Dean and will continue to suggest it. Oh, and I can’t forget the convenience to so many great places, St. Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street, and and the always wonderful Doheny & Nesbitt’s Pub.
Perfect location. Air conditioning was a plus, and room was quiet. Bed was up to wall on 3 sides, which was fine but unexpected. Staff was always friendly and knowledgeable.
Room 203 needs a revamp. Very grubby, with black dirt coming from the hot tap, shelf in en suite hanging odd and dirt around taps. Floor has not been properly cleaned.

Didn’t realise when booking that the hotel was located in the night club area of Dublin! So noisy at night! Staff were excellent

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Check in ok but staff very business like.
Room was unbelievably small.
Would not stay there again.
Dave totally hooked us up with not only walking directions to everywhere we wanted to go, that also too The Big Grill at Herbert Park! We had no idea what's going on, and as it turns out, it is one of Europe's biggest BBQ and food festivals! What a treat!
Lovely grand street, about 10ish min walk to main area/town. Initial check in woman was miserable as sin, headphones round neck, didn't respond hardly to my 'hi how are you'. On check out, total opposite - lovely friendly helpful woman. Room was small but nice. Bit annoying that you check in one door and then have to haul all your gear to another door out front of hotel again, but c'est la vie. Nice styling - looks cool. Cardboard boxes piled at entrance on check in and check out which ruins the aesthetics a bit! I'd probably stay again if I needed to, but I'd definitely be looking at other options first. It's a lovely choice, but not incredible.
Very fun hotel, decorated in a unique manner, very moody which we liked. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed all the windows! The gym has everything you could ask for, great for longer stays! We enjoyed the pool as well!
Rooms are very cramped, if you are tall, don’t book the pod, the bed has a headboard on either side, so not the most comfortable. If they ask what’s the reason for your trip, definitely say business. Otherwise you’ll be placed in the noisy part of the hotel and it gets quite loud
