Location was good - close to areas of interest. Room outlets did not work so was moved to another room. Room was small for the price though the location is in Temple bar so likely the reason for the rate. Minimal bedding provided, room was cold. Elevator access but still lots of areas with steps so not very accessible.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was pretty small and difficultnto get luggage to the room. Our wing was between floors so we had to lug bags upnand down stairs. The parking was a garage down the block. They validated the ticket which was great, but it wasn't easy getting luggage back to the car after the stay. There were some great restaurants, bars with live music, and shopping within walking distance.

You should specify, that although there's an elevator, there are steps required to access many of the rooms. That way those who require special accessibility can request the rooms when booking a reservation. I did feel the restaurant could use some improvement with both the food and service. Just from a convenience perspective we would have eaten there more. You probably have one of the most polite and accommodating staff I've ever encountered. 5 star quality.

Let me just say that this hotel looks even BETTER in person, the shots already look incredible but it really does look beautiful when there, no filters required! It stopped me in my tracks, the lounge area with the old gramophone is just class. The location is about as good as it gets, Ideal for a dusk stroll along the Liffey after tea with ha'penny bridge literally right behind the hotel, and on the same road as the big famous pubs in Dublin but somehow managed to be very quiet. I had a great night sleep after such a packed day in the city- exactly what I hoped for, waking up fully charged and ready to go the next morning for more sightseeing. I have booked again without hesitation for a month's time, this should speak volumes it's self. Just remember to set your alarm as you may well have a nice deep sleep and miss breakfast!

The lobby and lobby bar. The attached restaurant. The rooms are very small and not as pretty as the lobby, the beds are small (full sized mattress not queen) - so if you want more space in your or in the bed, you must upgrade.

The hotel was very unique and historic. We stayed in an Elegance Double Room which provided great space, a comfortable king bed and amenities, in addition to a nice welcome package with Ireland favorites. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Temple Bar, with quick access to bars, restaurants and convenient stores. The neighborhood was very safe, and rooms were quiet.

Gem of a hotel in Temple Bar

Location was perfect for eating and shopping staff was great at getting us taxi when needed Pinot Grigio was nice Tomato soup lovely I highly recommend this gem
