Issue with shower/ clogged bath

Unfortunately when checking out the staff weren't very helpful. They were aware of issues with the shower in some rooms but never told us it was a potential issue in some rooms.

Good breakfast, good sleep. Poor cleanliness.

While our stay was comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep along with a pleasant breakfast, the cleanliness of certain aspects of the room must be addressed. The windows were quite dirty, and the window coverings had numerous noticeable holes. Additionally, the furniture was very unclean, which made us hesitant to use it. At a rate of €224 per room, including breakfast, at a four-star hotel, I found this situation unacceptable.

Last minute booking

We booked this last minute as we decided to head to Dublin a day early, and found this at a very reasonable price. There was a party that night, so it was loud when we arrived to check in, and thankfully the person chucking us in moved us rooms so we were further away from the bar. We could still hear some noise, but it wasn't the end of the world, and the kids were so tired they fell asleep straight away. The beds were comfy, and breakfast was very good the next morning. Overall a good, last minute short stay.

Had booked a family room as I have 2 young children. We must have been given a room right above the function room as we could hear every song and music beat until 1am from Cascada Every Time We Touch to ending with Brian Adams Amazed By You. I wasn't going to ring down that late at night and disrupt my 2 young kids. If there was an event on I would have thought a young family would have been placed elsewhere.

One night stay

We stayed for one night with two kids. We arrived late ( 9pm). check- in was smooth. We were kindly allocated a room in a quiet part of the hotel away from the noise of the bar/music. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have food at the hotel. There was noise in the corridor quite late from kids running up and down unsupervised by their parents! I'm guessing they may have been downstairs in the bar. All in all though a pleasant stay apart from that. Good value for money.
