The property and staff where great. We eacen got an upgade in out room at no extra charge. I dos not like the cost of the continental breakfast or the cost of just a cup of coffee.

Good but…..bed needed to be replaced. I was sleeping with my head downhill. Bathroom door is a textured glass slider. There are places that a little more privacy (sound) is appreciated. The location was great. The free breakfast was awesome.

Nice place to stay in Dublin city.
Fleet street the place to be. We were given a room in the back away from the street, QUIET... Fan, our needs met, staff very helpful. Can store your luggage there if room is not ready. Restaurant and breakfast is English with lots to eat. Close to many sites and lively at night.

Good location in Temple Bar
Our room was spacious but the bathroom wasn't great. The faucet for the sink was not the right fit, so we couldn't wash our hands. The step into the deep tub for a shower was a little dangerous. Staff were friendly and offered to change our room, but we were already unpacked so we stayed. Not our favorite hotel experience, but the breakfast was tasty.

Overall this property was great but very difficult to find as we were driving in from West Ireland on our way to Dublin airport to spend last two days in Dublin. Hotel should communicate very clearly there is only one street/ alley via Google maps and Apple Maps to get in to the hotel. We wasted much time driving in circles and hotel admitted same upon check in of this short coming. We would have appreciated more communication that this was the case especially for customers driving in with a car to park. Other than that hotel was fine but also a bit street noisy from our room. Perfect place for activity and great food within walking distance and if you are taking a taxi in just fine. Driving in a different story and very challenging.

Loved this hotel! It couldn't be in a better location! It is right in the heart of Dublin. You can walk out your hotel door and you were right there in the middle of everything every pub every historical site. Everything is right there! The staff is so nice. And honestly I had the fish and it was better than the fish-and-chips I had in england I was impressed. I highly recommend this place.And I definitely would stay there again.It was a delight.
