Good location Nice breakfast Room smelled like mold and appeared to have mold near ceiling. No elevator in Annex so if you’re staying on 6th floor have to lug you our suitcase up six flights Needs a rehab

Liked the room,cleanliness was good and breakfast was alright. Bar service was good. The location was excellent with good transport and nearby beach. Good restaurants nearby.Our first impression wasn't that good. The guy on reception was not welcoming and needs to go on a customer service course. Pretty rude. Didnt tell us where to go to dine, explain dining hours, pool location.or anything. Other staff were alright but not overly friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location to get to the beach, and use the number 4 bus which takes you to Old Town. The breakfast is nice and substantial, the bar is Pleasant. There is an elevator but several steps to get up to the elevator. Only downside is the room is very dated; they need to remove the carpet and have flat surface, and a change of bedding and pillows would be nice. The shower is very small! The cleaning lady, nada, was the sweetest person at the hotel!

There was no fridge or kettle and tea facilities. The staff did provide a kettle when we asked for one. The reception staff were helpful and offered advice when asked. The cleaners were jolly and restaurant staff were very pleasant. Enjoyable stay

Great location. Easy access to the sea/beach. Good options for restaurants down the road, and a convenient market. Easy access to public transportation. Short ride to Old Town. In terms of the hotel, breakfast was great, lots of choice, the room and hotel are dated but adequate. Only real concerns was lack of hot water (none for three days) and lack of friendliness/service from front desk staff.

It’s a great location. Easy walk to the bus, beach and restaurants at the Promenade. The buffet breakfast was good. The pool area was nice and there was a nice terrace to relax on. My room was very small with no view and few amenities but good for the price. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Not a fancy place but I would highly recommend it for a single traveler or couple.
