We arrived by ferry and we booked this hotel because it was close to the pier which was great. It was right next to the bus stop which was a small fee and short ride to the Pile Gate. Staff and service were great. Only downside was it was a bit remote and with the exception of hotel restaurants lacked dining options.

Great stay in Porto hotel. The room was lovely, breakfast was good. The lady behind reception was excellent, so helpful with where to go, how to get there - nothing was too much.

The hotel is conveniently located on the city bus route. Old town is a short bus ride, less than 10 minutes. Also, near the hotel there are several nice dining options in case you do not want to go far. The hotel is truly boutique, and we got a good upgraded suite with a complimentary Prosecco! The interiors were modern.

Great location if you are looking to explore the whole city. Centralized between Old town and the beaches. Bus stop was right outside the doors. Great pick!

Great hotel, not great service

The stay was great, location was ideal. Would have given 5 stars however 2 points to mention - no water was provided in the room during the stay, had to purchase a 5.50€ bottle. Additionally, the receptionist Ivana appeared to be hostile and treated other guests differently. I noticed that other guests were welcomed warmly and with a greater amount of information. It would be beneficial to have someone at the front desk who treats all people equally as this has left me with a distasteful experience.

Excellent family room with 2 bedrooms and a living area only 3 stops from old town on the public bus (which were really easy to use and frequent and the bus stop is right outside the hotel). Lapad is also walkable or again, 3 or 4 stops via bus. Breakfast and bar were excellent. Room very clean and overall excellent facilities, staff and location.

Ideal hotel in Dubrovnik. A quick ride to the Old Town. 20 minute walk to Sunset Beach. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, modern interiors. And the highlight is the breakfast! Eggs, cold cuts, best cheeses, delicious croissants, fruits, chocolate, cereals, juice. And any type of coffee you like.

Wonderful hotel in Lapad neighborhood

I had a lovely stay during my honeymoon visit to Dubrovnik! Each member of staff was so helpful and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We even had a bottle of prosecco and chocolates waiting in the room on our first night! When we arrived at 9:30 am, Ivana was kind enough to get us into a room right away. Venesa was very helpful when I needed to get laundry done. Anna Maria was so nice when we needed to park our one-day rental car and helped us contact the rental company. And the restaurant staff provided excellent service and wonderful food! Housekeeping was great and we enjoyed a fresh room every evening after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is near several grocery stores, as well as many bars and restaurants. There’s buses and taxis close by as well. I liked our location in Lapad because we were in a cool neighborhood within a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. We had a lovely time at this hotel. If I had questions or concerns, I felt sure that the staff cared and genuinely wanted to help. That made the trip special and this is why I’d stay at this hotel again in the future.
