Sewer smell in room. Curtains don’t cover the windows. Old rooms that use a key to open the door. Great beach out front. Website says all rooms have a view, of course they all have a view but half don’t have a view of the bay, just the parking area. Tiny small rooms.

Poor bathroom and budget-like worn-down room. It should cost 3-5x less taking the bare minimum equipment in the worn-down room and bathroom. Fairly clean room and bathroom, as well as in the restaurant area. Comfortable bed, plenty of good TV channels, but the shower door was broken. Liquid soap dispenser poor quality. The rooms are situated along a corridor/walkway, which can be very noisy! I was unlucky enough to receive a room near the crossing of the 2 main corridors. Sound isolation is overall poor and the entire hotel is noisy. The lack of a minibar in the room makes this hotel room sub- mid-range. There were ants crawling in the room. And, at some point by backpack was full of dozens and dozens of small redish ants! Otherwise the room and bathroom are clean, just heavily used. Very rich breakfast, you can't even taste most of the food! Breakfast equals to a rich lunch and you can enjoy it on the terrace near the bay. Fantastic setting in a beautiful bay, but far from the Old Town (about 3.5-4 km). Either take a bus or taxi or, you will have to walk 1-2 hours depending on your age, strength and luggage. The high price is justifiable because Dubrovnik is very expensive and because of the setting (in the bay) and, also because of the rich breakfast, lunch options. But the room overall and the terrace-bar service were poor budget-category. This hotel is not even mid-range! Receptionists were friendly and useful!

Great place to stay..
This is a great hotel, situated beautifully by the water and simple in it's decor and offer to guests. Stayed here with a friend and we both loved it, excellent breakfast and lovely to sit and look at the water whilst eating away. 100% recommend for value stays in Dubrovnik.

Nice hotel located right on a nice pebble beach that at times does get busy and if you stay late on the beach you get to see a great sunset every evening .The sun beds have to be paid for and aren’t free at €30 for two beds and an umbrella is a bit too expensive and no discount for people who are staying at hotel . The reception staff are very helpful ,polite and friendly quite the contrary to some of the other reviews Iv read about the hotel . We had a sea view double standard room which was spacious and clean but downside was no kettle or fridge in the room ,there is a couple of little mini markets quite locally which we used as the hotel charged €3.80 for a small bottle of water . The included breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the waiting staff are again polite and friendly. We was expecting the worse when we read some of the other reviews but where pleasantly surprised by a nice 3 star hotel with friendly staff

Staff were amazing and helped me take my luggage to and from my room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay and were always happy to help when needed. Beautiful view of the sea and quick walk downstairs to the beach!

Staff were great and attentive and the beach access was wonderful. Location is convenient for transportation, beach and restaurants. My only complaint would be the bed in my room seemed like it was old and worn out.

Simple, clean, somewhat dated but lovely hotel. The only suggestion is that coffee and tea making facilities would be great in the rooms. Sadly, the air conditioning unit was very noisy which made it impossible to have it on at nighttime. Some people would possibly miss the lack of a swimming pool.
