The setting was very scenic. The rooms are nicely appointed, soaps, bed comfort, etc. but the duvet was too heavy with no flat sheet. The ac had to be set at extreme low temps to be comfortable using it. For summer months - there should be a lighter duvet cover. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good but not exceptional - except for the breads which were very delicious.

It's a complex of restaurant and pools on the coast. Close to old town and other areas like Gruz. Food was lovely, staff are friendly and the area is safe and clean.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Split in September 2025. This property is huge. It is like a resort, multiple restaurants, bars & pools all on the property. There is a beach club that is fully staffed where you point where you’d like a lounger set up and they get the chair and set it up for you with towel service. You can order food & drinks there as well. No beach, just rocks but very beautiful views. The restaurants are a bit more pricey but very convenient. We had a full sea view room and the view couldn’t be beat. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one con is the location, in my opinion. If you wanted to get anywhere OFF the property - it is not very walkable. Old town etc - very long walk and expensive cab rides. If you’re looking for a place that is for relaxing and enjoying the amenities of the property (or have a rental car - parking was 10 euros a day) - I would highly recommend. If you are planning on doing some walking to sites, I would choose a different location than this hotel.

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Room on the top floor had a spectacular see view. Great to be able to use the other hotels pools for choices, including roof top pool. Everything was clean, lots of choices of food at breakfast and royal palm cocktail bar was great for chilling. We stayed for 4 nights and will be going back when we are in need for a get away break to unwind

The Staff was very good always had a smile on their faces...our room was amazing beautiful with the ocean view... easy walking path with access to other hotels and restaurants and shops ... walking distance to the beach ... overall lovely property .. definitely could live there on the property 😊
