This hotel is not a 5star for sure. The Good- outside of the property is very nice with great views of the Adriatic ocean. Some nice waterfront restaurants nearby. And 10-15 uber drive to Old town. Breakfast buffet was great with good variety and options. There is not actual beach with the hotel but there is one 10mins walk. We did not enjoy the Zoe bar and relaxed by the cliff rocks. The pizza place was really good. And the neptune restaurant was great. Go to Cave Bar more abt 10mins walk from the hotel. The Bad- the rooms and inside of the hotel needs major upgrades. Though our room was clean and huge with great views but it needed major updates. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the rooms. We had dinner buffet included with our booking and the dinner options were not great and very limited. 2nd nite we saw the same shrimp from previous nite in the warmer. We decided to skip dinner buffet and go elsewhere to eat. Staff were not very attentive. It was hit or miss on staff. Some were friendlier than others.

Didnt get the room we requested. Only booked for 1 night. Booked a jr suite with an ocean view. Instead we got a large room with a kitchen on the ground floor facing the street. Staff was unwilling to find an alternative room option.

Amazing views and a nice change from crowed old town. Very walkable promenade to sunset beach area featuring restaurants, cafes, etc. I would stay here again. Property could use a bit of touch up, thus 4 star (stained carpet, furniture, etc - nothing major but certainly not 5 star). Staff/ service was very good.

Nice but dated property. Staff friends, helpful and professional. Nice breakfast. Dinner was good too. Room was very spacious and quiet. Nothing in the immediate area that you can easily walk to. Uber or Bolt to old town is easy and not expensive

The Princess is one of five building (hotels) on a common surrounding layout and amenities. Rooms are spacious but could use a refresh. Furniture and carpet is worn. The daily staff could do a better job resupplying coffee and the likes. Overall great stay

Incredible stay

Royal Princess is an amazing hotel the views form the room out to the sea were incredible. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was nice, but needs to be a bit more selection, got a bit boring after a few days of the same breakfast. The pools were incredible and plenty of loungers. Easy walk into Lapad where there was some rally nice restauarants Overall lovely stay will come back again

Great location. Stunning view. Many walkable restaurants around. Hotel is little run down. Needs small touch ups. Our room was spotless. Specious. Two full baths and a sofa bad with king size bed in the main bedroom. However headboard was showing signs of aging. Peeling leather. But it was clean. Staff are very quiet. Very kind but little shy when asked something. But at the same time very helpful. Only issue we had with staff attitude was at the front desk. Sadly Manuela had issues with us minute we walked in. She had major attitude. Almost made me feel I was forcing her to answer simple questions. Something like where do I wait for my taxi? Or if I can have iron to iron my clothing. It was such a bad experience I didn’t want to call or go down. I was almost scared she would be there and I’ll get that attitude again. But rest of the staff saw and acknowledged what had been going on. And they apologized on her behalf. Breakfast was great. Had all that my kids love. Their pizzas are delicious. It’s about 15-20 minutes from old port. Makes it more quiet. But for sure taxi is needed to go. And it wasn’t bad at all. Between €9 and €11 euros.

Very nice, clean, spacious rooms. We didnt want to be near the Old Towns traffic and noise. You are a 35 minute walk or a 10 minute UBER ride depending on the traffic for 10 EURO each way. This hotel you are on the sea and have a very private beach.
