Incredible place
Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service, room, view, food and spa. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Room was made up each day. Special mention to Sabrina on the cooking station at breakfast and the kind lady who cleaned our room each day(223). Both were so very friendly and just genuinely made our stay even better.

Family holiday.
I booked a family holiday as I don’t see my daughter that often as she lives in London. We wanted quality time together as we have had a terrible time with brain tumour diagnosis, cancer diagnosis and altzheimers’ diagnosis for our parents. Croatia is beautiful! Srebreno is a quiet spot which is well placed for visiting nearby Dubrovnik, Cavtat and much more! The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. I chose this hotel based on reviews, location and the amenities it provided. We could not fault the amenities in the room and the rest of the hotel. The spa and gym were excellent and we all made good use of them. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant apart from breakfast and some poolside snacks. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, I think the coffee machines were sparse. It would be better if there were more. Also, they do come round with filter coffee but would be nice to be offered latte, capuchino at the table. The cups could be bigger too! Staff at breakfast were great and the staff servicing the rooms and in the spa were fantastic. Staff around the pool not as attentive. The hotel has a couple of negatives, I paid for three rooms and couldn’t afford extra too for sea view. The rooms above the road and entrance are so noisy!!! Not nice to sit on the balcony or indeed have the balcony door open. It would have been nice to be offered an alternative room when I mentioned this, my daughter brought it up and they moved her but not my partner and I or my son.

Wonderful waterfront property surrounded by lovely views, Newer, well appointed rooms & common facilities. Quite! Has great breakfast buffet plus other restaurants. Beautiful beach & pool area & Spa. We spent several nights in Old Town before we came here. Old Town is noisy & crowded. I would stay at this Sheraton (it has no tour groups or cruise ships!) and Uber/drive into Dubrovnik. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I was ill when I got here and they went out of their way to assist my hubby to get me medical care. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay in general was ok. Our room is spotless and has very nice view. However, the service level and food was no where near the standards of a 5-star hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and by day 3, we were already tired of breakfast selections as the food stayed the same everyday, also some dishes had terrible taste. We raised a couple of requests, e.g. baby bathtub, one extra robe, to the reception but they never remembered to execute the request so we ended up having to ask again. The hotel also didn’t equip rooms with some essential amenities. On the first day, we went down to hotel lounge and ordered fish & chips. While waiting for the food, I took our baby to the changing room and when we passed by the kitchen, I saw the waiter ate a piece of fries off the plate that he was about to bring to our table. I was completely speechless!!!

I had an issue with leaving an important medication in the refrigerator. They were extremely helpful in getting it to me at my next stop. I was very appreciative of that and it showed the true colors of that hotel.
