Host Nikolina was very welcoming & helpful. I opted to have pickup from the airport which helped make arrival stress free. Location is fantastic, as it is just a few minutes easy walk from Pile Gate & bus stop to take me to main bus station for my bus to Split. It was so nice to be able to take a break & refresh between activities, since my room was so close to everything in old town.

The staff is so nice and friendly. I love my room, the bed is very comfortable and what Inlove the most is the area is in old town, so it's really close to all the tourist attractions. So many restaurants in the area. Love everything about it!❤️

Beautiful property in the old town. Very safe place and conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, historical views and churches. The property manager Romana very personable and a great help during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay the reviews said great location but here's what that means. It is five minutes inside the Pile Gate and you do not have to go up any stairs or flights of stairs to get there. Many "sobes" are 30-50 plus stairs up within the Old Town.....The rooms were very comfortable, great beds, lovely bathroom, quiet and dark with shutters closed at night. Mini frig in room. Romana the owner was extremely helpful in all sorts of recommendations but especially dining. She is very responsive to any need or question. Was also able to arrange private transportation that was less expensive than taxis. Highly recommend.

Romana was a fantastic host! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The location is perfect, close to everything in old town. The rooms are very clean ans well stocked. Very quiet rooms especially with the shutters closed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely stay here again! Well worth the price!

THERE ARE 2 VILLA SIGURATAS This review is for VS2 I don’t think there is a better location if you want a hotel in the old town. I was greeted by Romana as I approached the doorway to this hotel. She welcomed me in with a map of the town and several recommendations. The halls and room were very clean. The room while small by US standards was spacious by European. Street noise was totally silenced by closing door and window. A/C works great. I was initially concerned that nobody was at the desk most of the time but every time I texted Romana (even at 6:30am) she responded within a few minutes. This is a boutique style hotel stairs no elevator. I would definitely recommend choosing Villa Sigurata II

Ramona was friendly and helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. She provided suggestions for dining options and also gave tips for how to get to the tram car without climbing more stairs.😊 This hotel is in a perfect location in the old town. Ramona also arranged transportation to the airport!

This boutique hotel is amazing. Romona such a gracious host who took care of every request I made. She seamlessly took care of airport transfers, meeting me outside of the Pile Gate both on arrival and walking me to meet the car upon departure. Cosy room, right in the heart of the old city.
Great location in the heart of the old city. A small space, befitting the style and location of the facility. But it was so handy, to spend a morning exploring the city in the heat, and then to pop back to the room to freshen up and rest for the next part of the day. Very few places of this standard so close to the action! Ramona was terrific, making checkin easy and responding to queries. Very helpful with great tips on getting the best value for our stay.

Ideal base toenjiy Dubrovnik old town from.
Excellent check-in. Romana and Nikolina were really helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely abs we were grateful for an excellent air-con! Location was amazing - everything within easy walking distance.
