Checkin was fine. Room was clean and functional. Pool/hot tub has been out for some time but different than advertised that has been updated. Breakfast is basic, nothing special.. Just needed quiet place to stay the night

The room was Great. The Lady at the counter was nice. explaining that they do not have a working pool and hot tub. It had bee out all Sumner. this is important to us. regular up date need to be done at Expedia.

They advertise a pool and don't have one. Which is the only reason we booked there. The clerk was unprofessional at check in. Breakfast was bagged donuts and microwaved sausages. Stains on carpet in room and very uncomfortable beds, pillows, and chairs. Tried to charge $200 more at check in. Overall awful experience.

The room was damp and musty smelling. We ended up leaving the window and the door open for multiple hours to air the room out. The manager was not fully able to understand english, and the breakfast in the morning had cockroaches crawling on the counter.
