Great hotel
Wonderful front desk lady!! She did her best trying to find us a convenient room!! The 3 of our family are all handicap. She put us close to the exit and breakfast bar. Room is very clean!! Breakfast was wonderful!! Only negative thing was the doors weren’t handicap. With 2 people unable to walk, very hard to get through the doors. Thankfully people helped us!! Price is fair!! All in all I would definately recommend this hotel

We stayed here because it was cheap for only needing to sleep for a few hours before hitting the road again. The room smelled musty and the air conditioner blew musty air. I noticed a few dehumidifiers in the hallway so seems like they may have a moisture problem? The pool was closed. Breakfast is extremely limited make your own waffle, cereal, bread. No protein. Seemed clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Tv very small and reception went in and out.

The room, along with the bathroom was quite a bit smaller than I was expecting when booking a Double Queen bed room. The beds were not comfortable. The room/hotel in general seems outdated and not well maintained. I only booked this hotel because of its proximity to Epworth. In the future, I would rather book a hotel room in Dubuque and drive the 15 minutes to Epworth.

We arrived late (2:30am) and they aloud us an hour later checkout which was amazing. The hotel lobby was very home feeling, entire hotel was clean with very respectful and accommodating staff members. For being from Ohio and booking this hotel without knowing the area they provided a great stay for us!

When you walk in the area looks nice and cozy. We stayed in the king suite. There was no coffee pot in the room but had a little kitchenette. The table in the little kitchenette area had half of the leg chewed off. Clearly dogs are allowed and someone im sure had to pay for it but they never replaced it just kept the extra cash . The drawers below the tv were all broke. One of the cupboards was busted. It just looks trashy. For 200 dollars a night i would have expected at least furniture that didnt look like it was pulled out of a dumpster.

The pool is closed and found out that it has been for a few years. American in always has a great pool, but not here. Coffee was like colored water. Should not be called coffee
