Parking lot is full of potholes, one of the doors on end of building would not close (unsafe). They were out of pool towels and did not have extra room towels (we had three towels for four people). The property is clearly old, but they put some lipstick (updates) on it on the inside, it still feels, smells, looks old.

The stay was good till i left and stopped for food and all my money was missing from my wallet. The night before my sister said she thought someone was in our room while we were gone. I never thought someone from the staff would go in my room and steal all the money i had in my purse from me 400 plus dollars. I have stayed here many times and never had a problem.

Disgusting Rooms

The rooms not clean.Hair on shower walls. Mattresses had boogers smeared underneath the mattress pad. Door wouldn't lock unless slammed. No control for the AC. Breakfast was a joke. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and comfortable. Older property so not as well kept nor quite as clean and kept up. Pool was quite active. Check in (RJ) was very pleasant and engaging. While the continental breakfast was quite good, the overnight gal was quite rude in chastising early diners as the door was unlocked and breakfast ready. While the sign indeed said 7a, everything was ready at 630. several people needed to be on their way and chose to go in the breakfast room.

Absolutely dirty and disgusting. The front desk area is clean enough. Walking down the hallway the carpet was filthy and didn’t look like it was vacuumed in months. The first room, upon entry, also wasn’t vacuumed with obvious detritus like the hallway. The toilet seat on top was fine but the rim was spotted with urine and a few hairs. The area between the wall and the mattress had hairs and who knows what. I went to the desk and said unacceptable and I was given keys to another room. Same carpet issues and the a/c wouldn’t work. I went back to the desk and said I can’t stay here. Hopefully travelocity gives me my money back. The back entry was also horrible and had dried jelly plop. DONT STAY HERE

When the staff was available, they were nice. Dirty room. Grime in corners. Limited lights. Rust and water stains on ceiling tiles. Caulking around tub and toilet black. Very cold at first, had to switch a switch to winter to run heat. Hallways were dirty. Doors to outside not secure. Parking lot had huge potholes. I would not recommend.

Continuously pounding on my door at 9 am

Overall, my stay was fine until 9 a.m. Housekeeping was continuously pounding on my door. I am a heavy sleeper so it took me a while to wake, but the whole time they were pounding until I opened the door. This is unacceptable on all standards especially when check out is 11 am. Staff acted as if they did nothing wrong of course.

Room #100 was dark, well worn and not very clean. There was a large stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom sink and there was glitter all over the floor from previous occupants. The carpet was filthy. On the last night of our stay at around 6 pm while we were watching tv a mouse ran across the floor. We checked out and went home. The GM said that he would refund us for our last day and not charge us a late charge. I was appalled that we had to pay anything. He did say he had a pest control person come in and they couldn’t find the mouse so it must have gotten in when a door was left open. A muse won’t come out when someone is in a room looking for it. I wish I would have gotten a picture but frankly it scared the living daylights out of me. I will not recommend this location to anyone I know. Not only because of the mouse but the lack of Customer Service on the GM’s part.
