Upon check in, everything seemed fine; however upon entry of our room; we had a huge hiccup. Booking through the Expedia site gave us the incorrect room compared to the hotels listings. We had 5 guests and only 2 beds, no sofa sleeper as indicated through Expedia site. The General Manager was apologetic and indicated this continues to be an error in Expedia’s site; however immediately began to search for options for us despite being very busy. With 3 adults and 2 children the GM gave us several options to choose from including booking us a second room for a severely discounted rate. In the end, I am very pleased with our stay and the service provided by their staff. My only issue was the pool size. It is very small and has a maximum capacity listed of 17 people. Other than that, great stay!!!!
