hotel was great - rooms are large and clean! Parking was a problem - they offered paid parking but it was a half block away from the hotel and I felt unsafe at night parking the car and walking to the hotel - We were chased one night by someone!!

Nice, polite staff. Very clean and quiet. They would benefit from having a big hotel sign on the Michigan side so drivers can see clearly from the street or on the facade of the building above the front entrance. Wish the car parking situation was clearly described online. Parking is available across the street or a few blocks away in the convention center, but it’s not free of charge for hotel guests. In the other words, the hotel does not have a parking garage; there is parking near by and it’s not free.

Our rooms microwave randomly kept turning on and off the stove fan, and periodically pressing buttons. Had to unplug microwave in order to sleep. Shower did not have any body wash in the container. Otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel

The hotel is new so very clean and had all the items you would need. The room was spacious and quiet. Parking is a couple blocks away but it worked out. It is a drive to canal park but walking to restaurants and bars.

Hotel Stay- 5 star hotel

It's was a great stay beautiful clean, new, nice place. Great service! Very nice room and clean place. If you are gunna bring an animal it's not ideal area for walking your dog around. Dogs also do not stay for free there's a small fee. The Parking is not on site. You have to pay for parking at the Civic center and it's an easy walk from there. Over all great hotel and stay in the city.
