The toilet and floor around it had some dried up blood in spots, bedding and towels/washcloths were also very noticeably stained. The locks for getting into the hotel didnt always work or register your room key. There was also a very noticeable weed smell every time we walked into the hotel itself.

Convenient place to stay that is close to where I work. Room was clean and I had no issues during my stay other than the guys in the room next to me were a bit loud the first evening.

I didnt like that my charge for room came out my account before got hotel and was told i could pay when got hotel and the person at front desk took out account even though i didnt have money in account pay for at time. I got taken care of but wasnt right that they pulled it before got hotel. I had work that day and got there after 6pm

Very basic. Get what you pay for. Exterior is in rough shape and no elevator. Rooms are nicely updated but every towel had a mark on it. Comfy bed. Decent heat, but kicked back and forth between blowing cool and warm air. Bummed they didn’t have simple amenities like a fork. Many bedroom doors had gaps and could see light through- I had the last room next to an exit and clear cold air came right in with a half to 3/4 inch space at bottom of door.

Toilet in first room didn’t work, moved to an upgraded room which was exactly what we already were in. Then the new room had lights not working and was dirty plus the mattress was so uncomfortable.

Fun location, very clean

We come to Duluth a few times a year, and I’d always passed on this Motel 6 because it seemed to be in a not great location. Turns out the revitalized area has nice restaurants and interesting businesses. A great place for breakfast shares the parking lot. The room and hallways were very clean. Entry was only through the lobby which added to a feeling of security. It’s a great price. We will be back.
