Even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of smoke. The hallway carpets were visibly dirty and there was trash strewn across the parking lot. I know a paid for a budget hotel, but the smoke smell was a deal breaker.

OK for a burger hotel. There were lots of events going on in the area the weekend we booked a hotel - so hotel prices had doubled or tripled at all the hotels - even Budget 6. We took what was left.

Facility needs a little upgrade. When we got there they had a drunken guy sleeping in their entryway. Not a good thing. Otherwise it wasn’t bad.

There was a snow storm. Thats what kept us in Duluth, at Dr.app next morning the man deck person shovel around our car. Thats helping people. Rate a 10.

There are lots of good breweries and little restaurants within walking distance, located right off one of the main highways into Duluth so it was super easy to locate. There was also a nearby gas station that was convenient for snacks and gas!
