The staff was amazing. Was able to check in a little early since a room was available. Clean room, The ac works better than my house. Fridge cold, bed clean and comfy. Just as nice of a stay as the big guys if not better than some of them. The good cup of coffee on my way out was just the cherry on top. Will stay there again when I’m in Duluth.

I booked this hotel by mistake. When I tried to correct it 1 minute after confirmation of booking I was unable to get a refund. Expedia tried to help but Motel 6 could not be reached. Absolutely ZERO communication. Never going to book here again.

The building has been recently upgraded, but I expected more for the rate I paid. There was a strong smell of cigarettes near the entrances away from the front desk, and the room floor had not been properly cleaned. It also seemed like some outlets were loose (plugs wouldn't stay in). The Staff were very friendly and helpful, though, which I appreciated.
